IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
Please plan your journey beforehand to avoid heavy traffic and possible delays. Because your booking is private, and bookings run back to back, you must arrive on time to fully participate in the experience. If you arrive 20 minutes late, there won't be enough time to deliver your experience, and it will be cancelled. You will not be able to just do part of the experience, or reschedule, so please don't ask. We adopt this strict policy for good reason. No refunds will be passed as we prepared for your booking advance.
You can change the date after you have booked; however, changes will not be accepted if less than 4 weeks notice is given before your activity date, as we cannot fill spots once booked. If you can't make the activity with short notice or due to ill health, you can send someone in your place however it's your responsibility to find a replacement. You must notify us who will be attending beforehand. We refuse the right to deliver the experience otherwise. Also ensure your replacement has read and understood the Terms & Conditions.
Wheel throwing can be messy, so wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. The studio gets chilly in winter, so do wear layers. Long nails will get caught in the clay and interfere with your experience, so do trim to fully enjoy your activity.
Please note that the studio is located near the recycling centre and there may be a queue, which will cause delays. So please leave early to allow for this possible hold up. The studio can be difficult to find, so please see below for directions.
STUDIO LOCATION
The studio is in Entrance A at the Lakeside Centre. Drive through the gates (lake on your right) to the end of the drive and the studio is on the left. Free parking. If you have entered Entrance B, park anywhere and make your way towards the studio, or give me a call on 07976 972 628.
